We want to congratulate William Allyn, Jonathan Bader, and Sam Campbell on their recent promotions to Department Managers. These three individuals have extensive knowledge of the power industry and the specialties they represent.
William Allyn brings over 20 years of experience in drafting and design. Before joining Sega, he was the Technology Division Chair at the Business and Technology Campus of Metropolitan Community College and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Missouri – Kansas City’s School of Electrical and Computer Engineering. His breadth of knowledge and proven teaching ability will be an asset to our management team. Mr. Allyn holds a Master’s in Technology and Occupational Education as well as a Bachelor’s in Computer Aided Drafting and Design Technology.
Jonathan Bader has been with Sega for over 10 years and was recently promoted to Department Manager. He graduated with his Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri – Columbia and is a Registered Professional Engineer in multiple states. His experience includes mechanical design, contract administration, and project management. Mr. Bader’s understanding of the company culture and experience executing multi-discipline engineering projects confirms his strong ability to lead the Mechanical Department.
Sam Campbell has also been part of the Sega team for over 10 years. Prior to accepting this management role, his responsibilities included the planning, design, and construction support for electric power generation plants and industrial facilities. Mr. Campbell graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and is a Registered Professional Engineer in multiple states. His knowledge of structural design in the power industry and the principles that are important to Sega will provide continued leadership for the department.
Tor Anderson, P.E., PMP, Director of Power Generation Engineering, elaborates on the career moves of these three individuals. “Sam and Jonathan have both been with Sega over 10 years (hired on the same day, coincidentally) and have demonstrated not only their technical competence but also their leadership capabilities. William has been with Sega a little over a year but brought with him a wealth of management experience and CADD technical expertise. I congratulate them all and look forward to working with them in their new roles.”
